Boris has been coaching for
several years
with his own business and he also worked as one of a select few coaches
for top UK coaching companies Aspire
and Full Potential Group.
Boris has worked in the following industries: Petro-chemical,
Financial Services, Rail,
Construction, not-for profit and many others.
Boris is:
- A member of theInternational Coaching Federation & Association for Coaching.
- A graduate of the Coaches Training Institute's 6 month Coaching training.
- A graduate of the Coaches Training Institute's 10 month Leadership programme.
- Currently completing the Coaches Training Institute's 6 month Certification programme (their final level of training).
- An authorised facilitator of the Team Coaching Institute's Team Diagnostics assessment.
Pre-Coaching Experience
Previously Boris designed and delivered training programmes and worked designing and implementing IT systems (some handling hundreds of millions of pounds) for organisations in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Construction industries.
Using his entrepreneurial skills, in 2005 Boris setup, and still owns, an online record store selling music to the world.

A bit about more Boris
I've grown up all over the world including, Fiji, Vanuatu, Zambia, Poland and France and have worked in the UK and Australia.
I love all sorts of music (hence the record store) and am a keen SCUBA diver.
